Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

  1. The customer has the right to exchange a product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No exchange requests will be accepted after this 7-day period.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original, pristine condition. No product can be exchanged once the original plastic wrap/seal has been removed. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its safety. The customer shall bear an exchange delivery fee of 50 .

The consumer is NOT entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  • If the request exceeds 7 working days from the date of delivery.
  • If the product is not in its original, pristine condition.
  • If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.

Return Policy

  1. The customer has the right to return a product within three (3) days from the date of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, pristine condition. No product can be returned once the original plastic wrap/seal has been removed. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return to ensure its safety. The customer shall bear the shipping and return fee of 50 .

The consumer is NOT entitled to return the product in the following cases:

  • If the request exceeds 3 working days from the date of delivery.
  • If the product is not in its original, pristine condition.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, and discount periods cannot be returned.
  • If the item to be returned is part of a bundle, package, or set, the customer cannot return a partial item; the entire bundle/set must be returned together.
  • A return shipping label will be issued to the customer, who must then hand over the product to the shipping company.
Refund Processing: The refund amount will be processed and returned within a maximum of 14 working days from the date the product arrives back at our warehouse and its safety is verified.

Non-Delivery / Unclaimed Orders Policy

At Rasees, we guarantee that your orders will reach you as quickly as possible. However, if the customer decides not to accept/receive the order, or fails to respond to the shipping companies, the customer will bear the return shipping cost of 35 .


⚠️ Special Provisions & Exceptions

  • Manufacturing Defects: Products with manufacturing faults or defects are excluded from the above conditions. They will be replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery, free of charge, after contacting Customer Service via WhatsApp at: 0555309306.
  • Important Notice: The policy for our physical retail stores is completely separate from the online store. Therefore, the Rasees retail branch network across the Kingdom will not accept returns or exchanges for any purchases made through the online store.
